About our partners
Our deep demonstrations involve working with different partners in different roles. To harness the power of ‘demand-led’ innovation, we engage challenge owners – i.e. city mayors, regional leaders, government ministers, citizen leaders and CEOs of major companies – to help shape ambition and targets and secure intent for transformational change. Designers help us define and map the ‘problem space’ we’re dealing with across multiple systems, and identify leverage points for whole systems change. (They help us shape the demand for innovation.) In later stages of the demonstrations, we work with innovation suppliers – including start-ups, major companies, NGOs, and a vast array of other innovators, to match this demand with a supply of innovations. Other partners help us to produce actionable intelligence within and across deep demonstrations.
