New CEE Community LAB will drive climate impact in Central and Eastern Europe

Climate KIC is partnering with Cleantech ForEst, Impact Hub, Ashoka, 4CF Strategic Foresight and Centre for Systems Solutions to launch the CEE Community LAB.

This new ‘co-creation lab’ and network is for changemakers in Central and Eastern Europe who want to collaborate across borders, sectors and disciplines to shape solutions to regional climate change challenges. Focus areas will include green prosperity, re-industrialization, energy efficiency, climate-smart agriculture, food systems and other emergent challenges.

The Lab will offer events, workshops, learning and co-creation experiences and other opportunities to unlock new ways of thinking and collaborating.

Selected collaborations could receive funding of up to €40,000.

The first set of events is now open for registration at the CEE Community LAB events portal.

Register by 20 October for events including:

  • 22-23 October 2020: World’s Future by CRS – Focus on Reindustrialization 
  • 26-29 October 2020: IdeaLab by 4CF
  • 21 October 2020: New Shores by CRS – Focus on Energy Efficiency
