On Thursday 29 and Friday 30 September, the City Council of Vitoria-Gasteiz, the capital of Spain’s Basque Country, holds the Summit on Sustainable Urban Models. The event is part of the celebrations for its 10th anniversary of the European Green Capital award.
On the first day of the conference, CEO of EIT Climate-KIC Kirsten Dunlop will give a keynote address on “The challenges of European cities and the climate crisis”.
Over two days, the Summit will host debates, roundtables, exhibitions and a fair for companies on the green and circular economy. Participants will have the opportunity to meet, discover and exchange ideas and experiences on topics such as decarbonisation and energy transition or food sustainability, all this accompanied by performances.
