On Tuesday, June 11 at 9am, EIT Climate-KIC CEO, Kirsten Dunlop will speak at the upcoming Sustainability Research & Innovation Congress in Finland. Dunlop will join Dr. Mariana Bozesan, Francesc Pedró, Hertta Vuorenmaa and Anu Partanen as they dive into the topic of the Job Interview of the Future.

“To me, every job, now and in the future, makes the world our children will inherit. Every job will be implicated in the consequences of climate change. Every job can play a role in rebuilding trust, in transforming our ways of living, in healing and restoring nature. How might we design the future of work to embrace that? I’ll dive into the idea that transition periods like the one we are experiencing are fertile ground for creativity and positive transformation, but only if we provide ourselves with support. Join us as we envision and design a future of work that not only accommodates change but thrives on it, powered by compelling narratives and exemplary instances of transformative adaptation,” says Dunlop.

The top sustainability science and innovation event of 2024 is a collaboration between the Sustainability Research and Innovation Congress (SRI), and Finland’s Sustainability Science Days (SSD). With a shared mission to achieve a knowledge-based sustainability transformation, the two leading sustainability science events are coming together this June. The week-long event, SRI/SSD2024, will bring together 2000+ participants from more than 100 countries online and in-person to both Aalto University in Espoo and University of Helsinki in Finland.
