This Autumn 2025, Climate KIC is hosting an online learning programme for public and private sector leaders navigating climate complexity. This event series is open to everyone interested to kickstart their transformative climate adaptation journey.

As climate impacts intensify across Europe, the need for a new approach to regional adaptation has never been more urgent. Traditional, incremental solutions are no longer enough. The NextAdapt series invites regional authorities, innovation experts, and industry leaders to explore how transformative adaptation — rooted in systems thinking, co-creation, and innovation — can unlock new pathways to climate and community resilience.

This interactive learning series is part of NextAdapt, Climate KIC’s community of nearly 200 European regions, offering tailored support through training modules, policy tools, financial planning and innovation roadmaps to address regional climate challenges at scale.

About the NextAdapt community

Climate KIC’s work in strengthening regional climate resilience is anchored in the Regional Resilience Journey, an adaptive planning framework that empowers regions and communities to transition to climate resilience through systemic and transformative adaptation.

Building on this methodology, Climate KIC has developed a climate service portfolio to drive lasting and impactful climate action, engaging a network of nearly 200 European regions, offering tailored support through training modules, policy tools, and financial planning. The network fosters peer learning and innovation roadmaps to address regional climate challenges at scale.
