Financing the transition and managing climate risks
The financial sector faces several challenges under a changing climate, most importantly: financing the transition to a low carbon economy and managing the mounting risks related to climate change impacts and the economic transition.
This event will showcase different solutions on how investors, analysts and regulators can better understand and manage climate change risks on both the mitigation and adaptation sides, through the delivery of new research encompassing energy transition scenarios, Climate Value-at-Risk, alignment of financial portfolios with <2°C targets, and their impact on credit risk and equity valuation.
