Come and join EIT Climate-KIC in an exciting online event to learn about the potential of design research to accelerate green transitions. This event will be facilitated by Inna Chilik who will host the space for three spectacular speakers:

The event is open to anyone working in green transitions, government, business, policy, or civil society from anywhere in the world interested in how design-led research can be used to accelerate the transition to a more sustainable and equitable future or who might consider a Ph.D.

Highlights of the event:

  • Learn about the potential of design research to accelerate green transitions.
  • Hear from experienced researchers about design-led research approaches and impacts.
  • Get to know the new Marie Curie-funded CoDesign4Transitions Doctoral Network.
  • Learn about 13 new Ph.D. positions* with salaries for 3 years in seven countries (Belgium, Denmark, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Spain, UK).

About the project

CoDesign4Transitions is a four-year doctoral network (2024-28) bringing together eight universities in seven countries (Belgium, Denmark, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Spain, UK) that will recruit and supervise a cohort of 13 transdisciplinary Doctoral Candidates (DCs). The project also involves 15 partners from business, government and civil society organisations (CSOs) as well as a US university. The DCs carry out original research in relation to three research objectives, at the intersection of co-design, design for sustainability, service and systems design, democratic innovation and climate transitions.
