Climate KIC at Stockholm Food Forum 2025
Climate KIC will be part of the Stockholm Food Forum 2025, convened by EAT and co-hosted with the Government of Sweden on 3–4 October in Stockholm. The Forum will also host the official launch of the 2025 EAT-Lancet Commission, providing an updated review of what constitutes a healthy, sustainable, and just food system in today’s context.
On 4 October at 09:30 (30 min), Dr. Kirsten Dunlop, CEO of Climate KIC, will moderate a session within the EAT-Lancet Forum that she has designed. The discussion will focus on how food systems transformation can deliver co-benefits for planetary and human health, and what positive tipping points can be unlocked through investment, resilience, and regeneration.
Other confirmed speakers at the event include Amina Mohammed (UN Deputy Secretary-General), Teresa Ribera (European Commission Executive Vice-President for a Clean, Just and Competitive Transition), Karin Wanngård (Mayor of Stockholm), and Prof. Johan Rockström (Co-Founder and Director, Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research), underscoring the Forum’s role as a leading global platform for advancing sustainable food systems.
