4th Forum for the Mission on Adaptation to Climate Change

LOCATION
Wrocław, Poland
DATE
20 May 2025

Climate KIC will be at the 4th Mission Adaptation Forum in Wrocław, Poland, as part of our key role in the EU Mission, leading its flagship programme Pathways2Resilience and helping over 100 European regions building transformative adaptation and resilience action plans.

The Mission on Adaptation to Climate Change supports EU regions, cities, and local authorities in enhancing their resilience to climate change impacts. The annual Forum serves as a pivotal governance component of the Mission, bringing together national, regional, and local authorities, European institutions, Charter Signatories, and Friends of the Mission. It provides a platform for in-depth discussions, facilitating the identification of successes and challenges while guiding the Mission’s future trajectory.

This year’s forum will spotlight the actions and experiences of Mission participants, highlighting practical and inspirational examples of adaptation measures implemented by regions, cities, and local authorities across Europe to address diverse climate challenges.

The 2025 Mission Forum is co-organised by the European Commission and the Polish Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
