Origins.earth

Origins.earth provides technologies and expertise for evaluating climate policies using real time CO2 measurement.

The technological chain for measuring CO2 emissions is based on

1. the automatic production of emission inventories,
2. the deployment of innovative measuring stations in urban areas
3. atmospheric modeling to assimilate the data measured by the stations.

These three components, all developed by Origins.earth in partnership with the Laboratoire des Sciences du Climat et de l’Environnement (LSCE), enable the production of local CO2 emissions data in near-real time (two months’ lead time, as traditional methods give emission values within 2 years).
