Debate: Climate innovation in Europe’s cities #JourneyToParis

An interactive debate about transformative climate innovation in Europe’s cities, showcasing activities across the whole building value chain collaboratively as championed by Climate-KIC’s flagships, start-ups and projects.

The event will take place at the Grand Palais in central Paris, Conference room 4, from 13:00 – 14:50.

This event will feature Climate-KIC’s three flagship programmes, Low Carbon City Lab (LoCaL), Smart Sustainable Districts (SSD) and Building Technologies Accelerator (BTA) as well as a number of start-ups.

Issues will include:

  • Identifying market transformation barriers
  • Identifying CO2 saving opportunities for cities (LoCal)
  • Providing sustainable technologies (BTA)
  • Implementing solutions in districts (SSD)
  • Providing city governments and property managers with planning tools (smarter better
