COP 21 will build substantial momentum for the transition to low carbon society and economy. If we are to tackle climate change effectively, capacity building and knowledge development at the practitioner level is required within public administration, industry, business and policy making.

- A forum for discussion with leading experts from academia, international organisations, policy making and innovation;
