National Energy Conservation Agency

National Energy Conservation Agency SA was founded in 1994 in order to promote energy-saving investments and promote rational use of energy in Poland, in accordance with the principles of sustainable development. The main area of ​​NAPE’s activity is the municipal and living sector.

NAPE specialise in energy consulting, developing audits and energy certificates for buildings. They are one of the few companies in Poland performing energy performance assessments for complex buildings (equipped with advanced technical systems), as well as public buildings. NAPE conducts training and publishes textbooks for energy auditors, spreadsheets for preparing audits and educational and informational materials. They also implement projects related to energy efficiency of buildings, financing their modernisation, use of renewable energy sources and polygeneration, promotion of energy efficiency, integrated energy planning and modern technologies of heating, cooling and ventilation.

NAPE also prepare applications for subsidies from the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management, European Funds and thermo-modernization bonuses from BGK. They also act as a verifier in the Sustainable Energy Financing Program in Poland for PolSEFF small and medium enterprises and verify projects financed by the European Investment Bank.
