Our business model is based on license fee. License fee will be charged from nano – ink and printers producers (our subsidiaries – joint venture enterprises). Our target customers: TCF producers, solar cells producers and R&D centers). We plan three selling channels: direct sales, R&D cooperation and JV partners channels.
Our business model is based on license fee as we are technology provider. License fee will be charged from nano – ink and printers producers. We would like to control the whole process: sales and complex solution delivery to the clients (TCF producers, thin solar cells producers and R&D centers) so nano – ink producer and printers producer will be our subsidiaries (joint ventures with specialized companies). That means we will have a second source of revenues – dividends from subsidiaries. We plan three main selling channels: direct sales, R&D cooperation and our JV partners channels.
