Content - Innovation Festival 2011

Background and logistics

For the first time, the entire Climate-KIC community met at the Innovation Festival held 29-30 September in Budapest, Hungary, including KIC partners, supporters, students and alumni. The Festival provided a platform for senior representatives from Climate-KIC partners to engage and interact with leading business, academic and policy players in Europe on key climate innovation issues. Partners got an overview of existing Climate-KIC activities and had an opportunity to interpose their thoughts and shape future activities.

The Climate-KIC Innovation Festival will become a landmark annual event which brings together the diverse interests of all those keen to respond to the challenges of climate change. The 2012 Innovation Festival will be held in Bologna, Italy.
