Climate & Sustainability Innovation Forum

DATE
18 May 2017

From managing the innovation process to bench marking impact, understanding the governance of innovation is particularly crucial. Climate-KIC Benelux’s Forum with Hemingway Professional Governance aims to bring (non)-executives board members up to speed with the latest developments around climate and sustainability.

In anticipation of the revised Corporate Governance Code in 2017 – in which the rise of new business models and technological innovation is explicitly incorporated – Hemingway Professional Governance has initiated several Forums with the central theme: ‘the role of the non-executive with respect to the innovativeness of the organisation’.

In each Forum, both internal and external non-executives are provided with the knowledge, insights and tools that enable them to make a professional contribution to the governance of innovation, and improves their supervision upon the opportunities and risks that technological innovations can offer. In addition, these are also open for managers who wish to address certain themes with their supervisor.

Our CEO Dr. Kirsten Dunlop is one of the experts at the Climate & Sustainability Innovation Forum on 18 May. She will give her expert vision on the Fundamentals of Innovation.
