Innovation Building Block – How to get your stakeholders involved

DATE
17 Jun 2015

Preparing for or running a project within Climate-KIC? Looking for the best way to get and keep your stakeholders involved?

Apply for our Innovation Building Block, which will be held on 17 June in Utrecht, The Netherlands, and find your co-creating project partners!

Attract and retain stakeholders

Do you want to know how you can attract and retain the right stakeholders for your project? Are you looking for new ways of getting everyone in your project involved in constructive collaboration? Then join this Building Block! It is one of the six innovation workshops that we are organising from June until December of this year. All Building Blocks will target one specific topic concerning the management of Climate-KIC projects.

Each Building Block will consist of different highly interactive lectures and workshops by expert speakers. During the day we will slowly zoom in on the topic by starting with a more conceptual perspective and moving towards a more practical approach at the end of the day.

Building Block ‘Involving stakeholders’
